This is a small reader-supported blog. I collect almost nothing.
What I collect
- Server logs. Standard web server access logs (IP, user agent, referrer, requested page). Retained for up to 30 days for security and operational purposes.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled, I use a privacy-respecting provider that does not set cross-site cookies and does not collect personal data. Aggregate page views and referrer data only.
- Email correspondence. If you email me, I retain your email and message to respond and follow up. I don't add you to any marketing list.
What I don't collect
I don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site. No Facebook Pixel. No Google Ads remarketing. No data sales. No newsletter signup forms (I don't run a newsletter).
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies by default. Any cookie used is strictly necessary for site function.
Affiliate links
This site contains affiliate links to vendors I review. When you click an affiliate link and sign up for the linked service, the vendor may share information with me about the referral (typically a referral ID and a sign-up confirmation). I don't receive your personal account data from the vendor.
Your rights
If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you. Email lisa@top5calltracking.com to make a request. I'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
